Yesterday we sent out the Shipaton results. There were almost 4,000 submissions and with only 60 winners, 98.5% of participants got the email nobody wants to get. I know how much it hurts after weeks of work.
We (organizers of Shipaton) don't provide direct feedback on submissions, because it is not possible. Most of the time there isn't a single reason. The median app was really good. Why one app was picked over another, does not mean the other one had any negative qualities.
I said on Twitter that if you however want my honest review, share your app and I'll download it over the next two weeks and write a review for it.
I took an export of the apps mentioned in that tweet, and made this page so I can keep track what I still have in the download and review queue. If you don't see your app, just ping me and I'll get it added.

Please add automatic location import from photos
I really like how this app looks, and I like how the sharing options work (the UX is really nice). However, I find it a bit tedious to add places manually. Maybe you could add a feature to import all the countries based on the photos’ location data. That way, I could see where I’ve been and also explore the photos I took there automatically.
The featured destinations was a bit hidden, but I like the idea and it could be developed into a small trip planning feature even I think.
